Loihde Plc cancels treasury shares

The Board of Directors of Loihde Plc has decided to cancel a total of 537 treasury shares corresponding to 0.0% of the total number of shares and votes in the company. The cancellation does not affect the company’s share capital.
A total of 300 of these shares have been transferred to the company from the company’s joint book-entry account, and 237 shares have been acquired through the acquisition of own shares after the company announced the decision of cancellation of treasury shares on 3 May 2022. The company has announced the starting of the share buyback programme on 4 January 2022 and the ending of the programme on 4 May 2022.
After the cancellation, the total number of shares in Loihde Plc is 5,678,254 shares. The cancellation is effective after it is registered with the Trade Register on or about 8 September 2022.
