Loihde Plc will publish its financial reports in 2023 as follows:
- Financial Statement Bulletin for financial year 2022 on Friday, 3 March 2023
- Business report for January–March 2023 on Friday, 28 April 2023
- Half-year report for January–June 2023 on Thursday, 31 August 2023
- Business report for January–September 2023 on Wednesday, 1 November 2023
Financial Statements, Report by the Board of Directors, Auditor’s Report and Corporate Governance Statement for financial year 2022 will be published on week 13, 2023.
The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday, 4 May 2023. The meeting will be convened by the company’s Board of Directors separately at a later date.
