Loihde Advance Oy is born on 1.6.2023

Our subsidiaries Loihde Analytics and Loihde Advisory have been operating under Loihde Advance name since the beginning of 2023. The merger of the two companies will now be completed when the legal merger takes effect on 1 June 2023.

In practice, the merger will take place by merging Loihde Advisory Oy with Loihde Analytics Oy to form Loihde Advance Oy. This means that the company will use Loihde Analytics business ID 1645592-3 and Loihde Advisory business ID will be removed.

“For us, the legal merger is a formality that facilitates our day-to-day work. From now on the situation is easier for our clients and partners as we no longer have to deal with two different legal entities. We have been operating as one organisation for six months and under Loihde Advance name for five months. We have been transferring our operations to common processes and systems all this time, so the merger will have little day-to-day impact,” says Tomi Bergman, CEO of Loihde Advance.

What does this mean for our customers?

The change will not affect our cooperation and all that our customers need to do is to update our company details in your own systems. Our services will remain unchanged, and we will continue to develop them to meet our customers’ changing needs. Contracts will be transferred to Loihde Advance Oy in accordance with the terms and conditions of the legal merger. Existing contact details and contact persons will remain in place. In the future our services will be invoiced under Loihde Advance Oy name.

What does this mean for our partners?

The change will not affect our operational activities. Due to the legal merger, our business name and company ID will change for those partners who have been working with Loihde Advisory Oy until now. For partners of Loihde Analytics Oy, the company name will change to Loihde Advance Oy. The exact details can be found below.
