Loihde Plc’s financial reporting 2027

Loihde Plc will publish its financial reports in 2027 as follows: 

• Financial Statement Release for financial year 2026 on Friday, 19 February 2027 
• Business report for January–March 2027 on Thursday, 22 April 2027
• Half-year report for January-June on Monday, 19 July 2027
• Business report for January–September 2027 on Wednesday 27 October 2027

Financial Statements, Report by the Board of Directors, Auditor’s Report and Corporate Governance Statement for financial year 2026 will be published on week 11, 2027. 

The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Tuesday, 27 April 2027. The meeting will be convened by the company’s Board of Directors separately at a later date.
