Loihde Plc ("Company") has on 1 October 2026 received a notification in accordance with the Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act from Savonlinnan BLC-osuuskunta, according to which Savonlinnan BLC-osuuskunta’s holding of the shares and votes of the Company increased above 10.00 percent on 1 October 2026.
According to the notification, Savonlinnan BLC-osuuskunta holds a total of 644,000 shares corresponding to 10.02 percent of the Company’s shares and votes. The Company has one series of shares in which each share carries one vote.
