Loihde’s financial reporting 2022

Loihde Plc will publish its financial reports in 2022 as follows:
- Financial Statement Bulletin for financial year 2021 on Friday, 4 March 2022
- Business report for January–March 2022 on Wednesday, 4 May 2022
- Half-year report for January–June 2022 on Wednesday, 31 August 2022
- Business report for January–September 2022 on Tuesday, 1 November 2022
Financial Statements, Report by the Board of Directors, Auditor’s Report and Corporate Governance Statement for financial year 2021 will be published on week 13, 2022.
The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday, 5 May 2022. The meeting will be convened by the company’s Board of Directors separately at a later date.
