  1. Every project starts with mapping the customer’s needs.

During the design phase it is decided which fire, intrusion or building technical systems will be included integrated into the service and where the alarms will be routed - directly to the emergency response centre, to a security company’s control room or the customer’s own alarm centre, for example.

  3. The implementation phase includes installation of the required hardware as well as the network and system configurations. Then, the functionality of alarm transmission is tested in cooperation with the emergency response centre and other authorities.
