Level A. Basic certainty cost-effectively 

Includes key security system maintenance and annual reporting. You will be provided a designated contact person, telephone support on weekdays, access to the OneManage portal, annual contractual maintenance and 24/7 reception of fault reports. Troubleshooting and fault repair is started within the agreed response time, but the costs of related labour and spare parts are invoiced separately. Agreed pricing is applied to work not included in the service level and extensions of the location.

Level B. Expanded maintenance agreement including fault repairs

Includes all services of level A as well as repairs during normal working hours and travel expenses for maintenance and repairs on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Suitable for companies that want predictability for managing costs.

Level C. Full protection including spare parts 

The most comprehensive option includes everything included in level B as well as spare parts covered by the manufacturer’s support and replacement of broken devices at no additional charge. This highest level maintenance agreement minimises downtime and ensures that critical security systems are restored to full functionality as quickly as possible.

Implementation of the maintenance service

The implementation starts with a site survey, in which a site map is drawn up and the security systems to be included in the agreement are defined. Maintenance and inspections are carried out according to the manufacturer’s instructions, and any deficiencies are documented and reported. An automated enterprise resource planning system ensures timely maintenance and clear reports.
