The fire maintenance service is based on an annual schedule, which ensures regular inspections and maintenance of the systems without additional administrative work. We maintain and repair fire detection, smoke extraction, security lighting and fire alarm systems in accordance with manufacturers’ maintenance programmes and regulatory requirements. A visual maintenance report with a safety index, pictures and a clear action list is produced for each maintenance visit. The service also includes reporting of detected deficiencies, offers for repair work as well as a fault repair service within the separately agreed response time.

Fire safety laws and requirements 

The Rescue Act (379/2011) obliges the owner, holder or operator of a property to maintain the fire detection, alarm and other accident-alert devices operational.

The systems must be inspected and maintained regularly. The law also stipulates obligations concerning the property’s rescue plan as well as fire and emergency exist safety.

The sound evacuation system we offer meets the requirements of the EN54-16 certificate, thus fully replacing fire alarms in properties if desired. The voice evacuation system can also be utilised in normal operations for background music, provision of information and for locating people.
