Why is comprehensive security essential?

Loihde provides visibility across the entire operating environment and, when needed, also coordinates suppliers as part of the model. The OneManage customer service portal brings the management of all services and the security view together in a single view.

2. Physical and digital security under one roof

Loihde’s CSOC, or Cyber Security Operations Center, monitors anomalies in both cybersecurity and physical systems from one place. Identities are managed through a unified model across the entire operating environment: physical access rights and digital access, people, machines, and applications. A hybrid threat cannot exploit the boundaries between different areas of security, there are no gaps.

3. Hardened security, not just efficiency

The integrated model creates a genuinely more secure environment. Data from one area sharpens the view in another: an anomaly in physical access refines cyber monitoring for the same user, while suspicious identity use is visible in both layers at the same time. The physical security services provided by Loihde are automatically covered by cyber monitoring and cyber protection as a standard feature.

Implementation step by step 

The One Security® model is built to the extent that best meets the customer’s needs. A typical path proceeds as follows:

1. Current state assessment. We review your current security situation: existing services, systems, suppliers, and internal responsibilities. We identify the main points.

2. Defining the target state. Together, we agree what your One Security® model will look like: which areas will be transferred to Loihde’s responsibility, what will be coordinated, and what will remain under your control.

3. Implementation plan. We build the implementation in phases to safeguard business continuity. Typically, we start with the area where the pain point is greatest.

4. Implementation and integration. We put the agreed services into production and connect them to a shared security view in the OneManage customer service portal.

5. Continuous collaboration. One named contact person, regular face-to-face meetings, and regular status reviews. The model is developed in line with the customer’s needs and operating environment.
