Customer experience: Digital design improved the user experience and performance of MTV Katsomo

The MTV Katsomo service was comprehensively reformed in cooperation with Loihde and Nitor Creations. The reform the appearance, user experience and technical functionality of the service to meet today’s requirements. The service user interface was made more responsive and accessible, thanks to which a separate mobile version could be given up. The smoothness of payment transactions and the reliability of the service were significantly improved - now also during peak hours. At the same time, the old systems were replaced with modern solutions that support further development and the growing number of users.  

Among others, Loihde was responsible for the planning of the user experience, the reform of the user interface and the specification of the technical package. The project was carried out in an agile manner,  focusing on business goals.
